Tiger feet are a great way to get your child excited about this co-ordination exercise!

The kids place their feet onto the tiger paw base, than hold onto the rope handle with their hands.  While holding tension onto the rope they move each hand and foot together.  

It's a fantastic way to build an understanding of the actions between input and output of each limb, and the co-ordination and brain signals required to move each.
